We are hiring a Growth Account Executive to be a foundational voice of Neuroscale in the market. This is a hybrid role that fuses revenue ownership with content-driven distribution. You will close deals AND build the brand that makes those deals inbound by default. This is not a traditional AE role. It is not a traditional growth role either. You will own deals through the full motion: converting customers through high-signal content and outbound, running deals end-to-end, and architecting the systems that future hires will run on. You will be a public face of Neuroscale on LinkedIn and across the recruiting community, the person on demos closing deals against legacy ATS and recruiting tech, and the operator who turns chaos into a repeatable engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. If you need a playbook handed to you, this is not the job for you.
