About The Position

We are hiring a Growth Account Executive to be a foundational voice of Neuroscale in the market. This is a hybrid role that fuses revenue ownership with content-driven distribution. You will close deals AND build the brand that makes those deals inbound by default. This is not a traditional AE role. It is not a traditional growth role either. You will own deals through the full motion: converting customers through high-signal content and outbound, running deals end-to-end, and architecting the systems that future hires will run on. You will be a public face of Neuroscale on LinkedIn and across the recruiting community, the person on demos closing deals against legacy ATS and recruiting tech, and the operator who turns chaos into a repeatable engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. If you need a playbook handed to you, this is not the job for you.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a quota and beat it.
  • Run the full cycle: qualification, demo, pilot, close.
  • Convert inbound from free trials, demo requests, and content-driven traffic.
  • Run targeted outbound to in-house TA teams, recruiting agencies, and RPOs that fit our ICP.
  • Manage fast deal cycles across multiple customer types.
  • Out-sell legacy ATS and recruiting tech in competitive evaluations against Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn, and the new wave of AI sourcing point solutions.
  • Strategize and iterate with the founders on the best ways to build awareness of Neuroscale and Arbi.
  • Bring sharp opinions on positioning, narrative, and which channels deserve real investment.
  • Translate strategy into shipped experiments instead of slide decks.
  • Design and run experiments to test new products, messages, and ICPs.
  • Build lead magnets, content, and landing pages to validate hypotheses fast.
  • Measure what works, kill what doesn't, and double down on the winners.
  • Surface the amazing hires happening on our platform and turn them into stories the market actually wants to consume.
  • Build a personal and company presence on LinkedIn that Heads of TA, recruiting leaders, and HR operators want to follow.
  • Spread customer wins through video, partner channels, influencers, and the broader recruiting community.
  • Cover the industry's hot debates with a strong, opinionated point of view, and make Neuroscale the default voice in the AI recruiting conversation.
  • Define how the AI recruiting category gets sold, in a market that didn't exist 24 months ago.
  • Build a content engine that makes Neuroscale the most-followed voice in modern recruiting.
  • Crack the GTM motion for a hybrid product that serves in-house TA, agencies, and RPOs simultaneously.
  • Design the activation and conversion loops for a PLG motion in a space that has historically been sales-led.
  • Help build the playbook that the next ten AEs run on.
