AppFolio is seeking a Growth Account Executive - Corporate to join their sales team. This role involves selling a portfolio of products into AppFolio’s existing customer base of property management clients. The Account Executive will manage an assigned book of business to build a sales pipeline, handle renewals, deepen customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, provide product demonstrations, and drive additional business. Success requires the ability to have holistic conversations with customers, promoting the optimal product mix based on their short and long-term needs. Corporate AEs are product subject matter experts, supported by internal teams. The role includes inbound lead qualification, engagement, targeted prospecting, and renewal motions to maintain an active sales pipeline. Corporate AEs are measured by weekly and monthly KPIs and a quota. Property & Casualty insurance licenses are required, and the company will cover the cost of obtaining them during onboarding if needed.
