About The Position

The Growout Coordinator position is a full-time, hourly role based at the Corporate Office in Willmar, MN. This role is responsible for preparing business correspondences, charts, forms, tables, and summaries for Live Production leadership. The coordinator will track weekly service reports, maintain confidential farm locational information, and assist with support schedules and scheduling different support crews. Key responsibilities also include managing the vehicle program, fuel card accounts, and related materials. The role involves scheduling and organizing grow out meetings, coding, auditing, and managing the p-card process, as well as processing and paying invoices and bills for Live Production. Additionally, the Growout Coordinator will develop purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders, and support learning initiatives by distributing monthly Animal Welfare training reports.

Requirements

  • Disciplined, forward thinking and self-motivated.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Well-developed written, verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated use of strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service or Administrative Experience.
  • Experience with Oracle, Alchemy, and M-Tech.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare business correspondences, charts, forms, tables, and summaries for Live Production leadership as needed.
  • Track weekly service reports and provide management with a weekly summary.
  • Maintain farm locational information, must handle with confidentiality.
  • Help with support schedules and scheduling different support crews.
  • Manage the vehicle program, fuel card accounts, and other fuel car materials and vehicles operated by Live Production personnel.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing grow out meetings.
  • Code, audit, and manage the p-card process from supervisors and others.
  • Process and pay invoices and bills for Live Production as needed.
  • Develop purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders for projects and capitals.
  • Access and support learning initiatives for Live Production, distribute reporting each month on Animal Welfare training.
