About The Position

The Groups Coordinator serves as the primary contact for groups from their initial inquiry through the end of their stay. The role coordinates lodging, tee times, transportation, activities, dining, and other trip details; communicates with organizers; and maintains accurate group records and the annual outings calendar. The coordinator processes and tracks deposits, payments, and charges, reconciles accounts, reviews final statements, and collects final payments. As part of the Groups & Events team, the coordinator cross-trains with Event Liaisons and assists with event documentation, guest correspondence, BEOs, and event schedules. The role also includes leading property tours, helping with special requests such as custom merchandise, and using guest feedback to suggest improvements. The position splits time between the office and the resort property. The schedule varies with group activity and business needs and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work may involve walking the property in coastal weather, working near active golf courses, standing and walking for extended periods, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required; food handler and alcohol service certifications may be obtained after hire for duties that require them.
