About the Role: Head of Product (Data Analytics & AI) The Opportunity As Group VP, Head of Product, you are the accountable executive owner of Wiley’s AI & Data Analytics Business Unit product portfolio—the company’s designated second growth engine. The role calls for a product-led operator who pairs strong product craft with commercial instinct to turn strategy into a roadmap that scales based on evidence, not assumption. You own the product portfolio across three connected product lines: AI & Data Analytics Platform Services (including Applied Research Intelligence Platform), Database Solutions (turning Wiley’s proprietary reference works and scientific collections into machine-readable data products), and Audience Solutions (evolving advertising and engagement into an AI-powered marketing intelligence product). These are not separate product lines—they share a common platform foundation, and you ensure each area reinforces the others. You report to the Chief AI & Data Analytics Officer and lead product managers and UX across all three product lines. You are the primary interface between commercial GMs and functional leads (Head of Technology, Head of Data Science), partnering with them to turn requirements into capabilities and evidence into roadmap and revenue decisions.
