C3 AI is seeking a Group Vice President of Sales — a driven, change-agent leader who will reshape how the world’s largest enterprises adopt Enterprise AI. The Group Vice President (GVP) is responsible for new customer acquisition, sales strategy, and execution, and will be measured by and expected to achieve all agreed-upon new sales goals for their assigned territory. This is a direct quota-carrying opportunity with responsibilities to build a sales team. The Group Vice President will be measured on the sum of their contributions in addition to their team’s contributions. This role requires the ability to sell to Enterprises at the C-level, build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, and Chief Transformation Officers, and credibly drive their digital transformation agendas. The GVP is a self-starter and a force multiplier. They lead from the front — closing flagship deals themselves while coaching, motivating, and mentoring a team of enterprise sellers to do the same. They are a provocative communicator who can challenge customer thinking, reframe the executive conversation around AI-driven transformation, and translate ambition into measurable business outcomes. They are equally comfortable in a boardroom and in the field, and they raise the bar for everyone around them. This leader is fluent in modern AI tooling and uses Claude (or a comparable AI assistant) every day to run their desk — researching accounts, drafting executive communications, preparing for deal reviews, and amplifying the productivity of their team. They expect the same of the people they hire.
