About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal position supporting Regal's Group Sales team during the holiday season. As a Group Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to book group outings, private screenings, and special events at Regal theatres across the country. You'll combine exceptional customer service with a sales-driven mindset to recommend the right solutions, build relationships, and help drive revenue for the business. In this entry-level sales role, you'll work in a fast-paced environment handling phone calls, emails, and online inquiries while managing bookings from initial quote to final payment. Requirements

• Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
• Motivated by sales goals and comfortable identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and systems at the same time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Theatre, entertainment, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding group tickets, private screenings, and special events.
• Recommend Regal products and services based on customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, process bookings, collect payments, and ensure event details are communicated accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems and other business tools.
• Partner with theatre teams to coordinate reservations and provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
