We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters. The Event Solutions Group is looking for six (8) enthusiastic, detail-driven professionals to join the team as Temporary Group Air Coordinators. In this fast-paced and highly detailed role, you will support all aspects of group air travel, including airline reservations, ticketing, traveler assistance, schedule management, billing and air reporting. You will help to ensure travelers reach their destinations efficiently while providing timely communication, problem resolution, and exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • An excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service via phone and email interactions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A positive and dependable team contributor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and energized by a fast-moving environment.
  • Organized and ability to manage multiple tasks with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above average customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • GDS experience but not required (Amadeus preferred).
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Some previous business experience required. Air Ticketing, Planning, or similar experience in a corporate or 3rd party setting preferred but not required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage participant air travel requests and needs.
  • Monitor airline ticketing queues and itineraries.
  • Route passengers to group destination utilizing negotiated fares.
  • Manage credit card payment processing and collections.
  • Field and manage attendee air travel questions, and frequently asked questions via phone and email.
  • Partner with account teams and customers during planning meetings.
  • Work within Lenos registration site to ensure accurate data of flight schedules and generate reporting.
  • Abide by BIW and customer corporate registration and security guidelines.
  • Work overtime and non-traditional hours to meet deadlines and customer requests.
