Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused individual to join their Reservations team as a Group Rooms Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing a team to provide exceptional service, be open to learning and leading by example, and respond professionally and courteously to guests and team members, while also supporting the team both personally and professionally. This role is integral in partnering with the Group Sales team, Reservations team, and Front Desk to coordinate the group rooms booking process, ensuring each group has an exceptional experience organizing and booking their group blocks. The role involves creating a positive guest interaction to build anticipation for their visit, providing accurate information on available rooms and special events, and helping guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
