LexisNexis is executing a multi-year transformation of our Global Business Systems to improve go-to-market effectiveness, accelerate revenue growth, and deliver seamless customer experiences. A critical part of this transformation is modernizing our Quote-to-Order capabilities through Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related platforms, while leveraging data and AI-supported capabilities to improve pricing intelligence, deal execution, and revenue outcomes. We are hiring a Group Product Manager, CPQ / Revenue Systems to lead this transformation. This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for CPQ and adjacent revenue workflows, driving measurable improvements in deal velocity, pricing accuracy, and revenue realization across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise platforms
  • Proven experience as a people leader, managing and developing Product Managers
  • Strong experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Quote-to-Cash systems
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Order processes
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation programs in global, matrixed organizations
  • Experience leveraging data and AI-supported capabilities to drive product or business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
  • Familiarity with product catalog (PIM), pricing strategy, and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in enterprise platforms (e.g., pricing optimization, forecasting, workflow automation)
  • Experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments
  • Experience working across global implementations and regional rollouts
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for CPQ / Revenue Systems, aligned to 2026–2028 transformation priorities
  • Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Order capabilities across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, pricing, product catalog (PIM), and downstream Order-to-Cash systems
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations across the domain
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to define business priorities, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, global product solutions
  • Oversee delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment across regions (NA, CEMEA, APAC)
  • Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks across CPQ programs
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable platform solutions
  • Identify and proactively manage risks related to product catalog complexity, pricing models, and regional migrations
  • Drive adoption and value realization, ensuring improvements in deal cycle time, pricing accuracy, and revenue outcomes
  • Define and track product success metrics, linking platform capabilities to business impact
  • Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI-supported capabilities (e.g., pricing recommendations, guided selling, workflow automation) into CPQ and revenue workflows
  • Act as a senior leader across Product, Technology, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution
