About The Position

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Group Product Manager to own product leadership for their operations tools portfolio. This role involves building and managing a team of Product Managers responsible for products such as robot fleet management, customer support, and learning management systems. The Group Product Manager will be responsible for setting strategic direction, leading product operations, and ensuring the development of impactful products with measurable results. The company is focused on revolutionizing the food industry with innovative robotic solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing product teams.
  • Strong coaching ability, with skills in recruiting and developing leaders who thrive with ambiguity.
  • A track record of leading a multi-product portfolio from strategy through field adoption with measurable results.
  • Ability to communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly with executives and teams.
  • Strong product and analytical judgment.
  • Ability to connect signals across products and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Ability to turn insight into measurable improvement.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering and Data on system and integration decisions.
  • Experience with field-deployed or multi-site operations.
  • Experience leading product rollout and change management in the field.

  • Experience leading enterprise or operational software.
  • Familiarity with fleet, support, or learning systems is valuable; expertise across all areas is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of Product Managers, providing clear ownership and developing leaders.
  • Hire and evolve the product management team as the portfolio grows.
  • Own the roadmap and investment choices across the operations tools portfolio.
  • Make priorities and tradeoffs clear to leadership and the team.
  • Resolve ambiguity and unblock critical decisions.
  • Establish lightweight planning and review rhythms across the portfolio.
  • Manage tradeoffs and track outcomes for product operations.
  • Hold teams accountable for timely delivery and adoption with measurable results.
  • Build a shared portfolio view connecting fleet health, service history, support patterns, and workforce readiness.
  • Turn cross-product signals into priorities and measurable action.
  • Manage product quality and drive on-time delivery across the portfolio.
  • Make tradeoffs to optimize business value given limited resources.
  • Ensure changes to robots, software, and operating processes are delivered as a coordinated experience.
  • Align fleet rollout and monitoring with support diagnostics and workforce learning.
  • Establish a comprehensive continuous improvement cycle, tracking issues from detection to resolution.
  • Confirm that changes prevent recurrence and improve operating results.
