About The Position

Join Ford’s Enterprise Technology organization and help shape the global digital Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce experience. The team is expanding how customers discover and purchase parts, accessories, and branded merchandise for both Ford and Lincoln online. As part of the global digital team, you will help make these shopping experiences useful, intuitive, and connected to the broader Ford and Lincoln brands. In this position, as the Non-Vehicle Ecommerce Group Product Manager for Parts, Accessories, and Merchandise, you will lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for the strategy and evolution of Ford.com and Lincoln.com non-vehicle ecommerce experiences. You will set product direction, translate customer and business needs into an actionable roadmap, and work with design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, marketing, and other partners to deliver and continuously improve the end-to-end shopping journey—which includes both customer-facing commerce experiences and foundational commerce platforms that enable the experiences such as Product Information Management (PIM), Pricing, Promotion, and Order Management Systems (OMS). You will use customer insights and performance data to prioritize opportunities, improve conversion and usability, and support growth across Ford and Lincoln parts, accessories, and merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce product management, with a track record of strong leadership and results.
  • 3+ years of experience managing products across the ecommerce funnel, such as discovery, browse, and purchase.
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile product organizations.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing ecommerce platforms at scale.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience leading Product Managers or other product leaders.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with personalization and recommendation technologies.
  • 6 months + experience leveraging AI-powered product capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Set direction, objectives, and priorities for the product management team, aligning its work with Enterprise Technology and Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce business goals.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ecommerce product managers; provide coaching and support that strengthens product practice and delivery.
  • Lead a portfolio of ecommerce product teams responsible for the end-to end customer journey for both customer-facing Non-Vehicle Commerce experiences and foundational commerce platforms supporting Ford and Lincoln Parts, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise, including Product Information Management (PIM), Pricing, Promotion, and Order Management Systems (OMS) capabilities.
  • Guide product strategy for key Non-Vehicle Commerce capabilities including search, recommendations, personalization, and AI-enabled customer experiences across Ford and Lincoln ecommerce platforms.
  • Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and eCommerce insights, including AI and automation, to improve customer experiences, operational efficiency, and product team effectiveness and innovation.
  • Own and monitor key Non-Vehicle Commerce metrics, customer feedback, and research to prioritize data-driven opportunities that improve conversion, revenue growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and scale a culture of experimentation by leveraging A/B testing, customer research, and analytics to validate opportunities and optimize customer experiences.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap that connect Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce experiences for Parts, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise across Ford.com, Lincoln.com, mobile applications, dealer touchpoints, marketplaces, and emerging commerce channels.
  • Guide products across the full ecommerce funnel, including discovery, browse, product detail, cart, checkout, and relevant post-purchase experiences.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the global digital Ford and Lincoln Non-Vehicle Commerce team, including design, engineering, analytics, merchandising, marketing, and operations, to align on outcomes and priorities.
  • Work closely with UX and engineering teams to shape requirements, make trade-offs, remove roadblocks, and deliver accessible, reliable, and engaging customer experiences.
  • Plan resources and manage budgets for product initiatives, ensuring investment is focused on agreed priorities and outcomes.
