You will lead the product strategy for CTV User Understanding within Moloco Ads, building the foundational capabilities that power identity, features, and signals across our machine learning-driven ads platform. This includes defining how we: Establish durable, privacy-conscious identity across devices (e.g., connecting CTV environments with mobile signals) Extract maximum value from 1P and 3P data sources (e.g., UPT, Lotame, and future signals) Enable advertisers to reach their 1P audiences: include, and exclude audiences lists at scale Your work will directly influence model performance, targeting accuracy, and overall advertiser outcomes across Moloco’s ecosystem. As a Group Product Manager at Moloco, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning, large-scale data systems, and performance advertising. You’ll partner closely with engineering and data science to define and execute on a roadmap that turns complex data into measurable business impact. This role requires a first-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can context switch effectively, and has a track record of building and scaling products from 0→1 through growth. You will own a critical, horizontal layer of the ads stack and play a key role in shaping the future of targeting and identity in a privacy-first world.
