About The Position

The Group Product Manager – Clinical Analytics is responsible for driving the strategic direction of data-driven products and solutions. This role provides leadership to cross-functional development teams, managing complex product development efforts, and ensuring that products deliver tangible value in alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role specifically supports clinical analytics and will be critical in delivering better data and insights to the Select Health provider network to enhance quality, risk adjustment, and medical expense performance. The Group Product Manager – Clinical Analytics may mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of the analytics department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies for project, product, and program management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or supporting analytics products within a healthcare payer, value-based care, healthcare technology, or population health environment, with knowledge of quality performance programs (HEDIS/STARs), risk adjustment, and/or value-based care.
  • Experience partnering with provider, clinical, and health plan stakeholders to define and execute product strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role within the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics techniques and tools.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
