About The Position

The Group Product Manager – AI Platform owns the product strategy, roadmap, delivery governance, and stakeholder alignment for the AI Platform that underpins all Forge AI capabilities. The AI Platform encompasses the foundational services, infrastructure, developer tooling, governance frameworks, model access layers, integration patterns, and operational controls that enable engineering teams to build, test, deploy, and operate AI-enabled systems with speed, safety, and consistency. This is a senior product leadership role that requires deep understanding of AI platform architecture, enterprise engineering needs, governance requirements, and the operational realities of building and running AI at scale in a regulated financial institution. The Product Lead translates platform engineering strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap — balancing developer experience, platform reliability, security, cost, and capability expansion. Daily work includes owning the AI Platform roadmap, driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and governance, writing platform requirements and capability briefs, managing platform stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the platform is accelerating delivery rather than constraining it.
