About The Position

Omegro is an international buy-and-grow acquirer of software companies looking for a permanent and safe home to continue their legacy and provide long-term sustainable growth for their people, their businesses, and their stakeholders. As a people-first organisation, we believe in liberating the potential in our businesses and our people. We foster a culture of collaboration, learning, curiosity and best-practice sharing, underpinned by our values of humble, hungry and smart. You’ll enjoy being part of our team if you find joy in building trusted relationships, creating clarity in growth and ambiguous environments, taking an AI-first approach to improving ways of working, and helping leaders and teams grow through change. This is a strategic, coaching and senior advisory role within a portfolio of businesses, however as we buy businesses, integrate them and help them grow, it is suited to individuals who enjoy hands on application of their HR skills over the full generalist skillset. You will partner with local People (HR) Partners, General Managers and Group leadership teams to translate strategy into practical plans, scalable frameworks and high-impact initiatives that support growth, culture, leadership capability and successful business acquisitions. The work requires resilience, commercial judgement, strong relationship-building, an AI-enabled mindset, and the ability to bring structure, momentum and care to complex, changing environments. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while connecting with the wider Omegro team globally, including opportunities for learning, development and travel.
