Your passion meets your vision when it comes to working the data, solving problem statements, gap analysis and asking the all-important question of “What if … ?” Primary Function: The Group Operations Director is responsible for the readiness assessment and program deployment of supply chain transformation capabilities and inventory control quality assurance strategies across a geographical or functional supply chain region. This role works in the implementation of new initiatives/standards, the testing of future-state programs, and will serve to apply future operating principles within the existing operation(s) to drive continuous improvement within existing processes. They will monitor and assess transformation capability implementations through key metrics and project/program deployment plans to ensure delivery upon critical initiatives. Through their leadership, they will test and deploy processes and disciplines that evolve process definition and execution within the nodes aligned to the region. In addition, they will assist Field and HQ leadership with program deployment prioritization to enable successful implementation of new and updated processes to drive/enable continuous quality improvement and support the ongoing transformation within supply chain.
