About The Position

WNS, part of Capgemini, is an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations and transformation, serving more than 700 clients across 10 industries. This role involves managing end-to-end Finance and Accounting (F&A) processes for defined projects and assigned territories, focusing on meeting all Finance and Operations measures. The position requires a strong drive for process improvement, people, process, and stakeholder management, and managing external and internal customer expectations. The Group Manager is expected to deliver on promises to clients, meet client SLAs, and actively address CSAT comments with solutions to exceed expectations. Additionally, the role focuses on managing attrition, mentoring direct reports on their tasks and career paths, and promoting rewards and recognition programs. The goal is to invest in opportunities to better serve clients and deliver solutions beyond just meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet all Finance and Operations measures.
  • Drive process improvement.
  • Manage people, process, and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end F&A processes for defined projects and assigned territories.
  • Manage external and internal customer expectations.
  • Deliver on promises to clients, even if unrelated to SLAs.
  • Deliver processes as per client SLAs.
  • Actively react to CSAT comments and recommend solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Manage attrition (keep below target).
  • Mentor direct reports in terms of their day-to-day tasks and career path (including defining their development needs).
  • Promote rewards and recognition programs linked to values and specific business objectives.
  • Invest in opportunities to better serve clients and deliver solutions, not just meeting SLAs.
