Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Previous experience in a team leader role is required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Identify and communicate risk immediately; including safety, quality & productivity

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Adrian Steel’s processes are always being followed
• Ensure that production schedules are met & our commitment of 100% OTD is achieved
• Ensure the facility operates with a Safety, Quality and Productivity mindset
• Responsible for identifying staffing needs and adjust staffing needs to support the business
• Ensure that all operators are trained as needed to meet JSA (job safety analysis) requirements
• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of your area
• Assist in establishing visual controls to support facility activities
• Responsible for maintaining/approving your team’s time and attendance
• Responsible for providing back-up support in the absence of the Production Manager or other Group/Team Leaders
