About The Position

Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT. Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans in preparation for growth. Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual. Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements. Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues. Lead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPA. Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements. Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration
• At least 4 years of laboratory experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
