About The Position
AlphaBEST: After school is where adventures begin! AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect us to a world of endless possibilities. That is why we need you to join our team as a Site Director! Are you ready to join the fun? Location: Various Norman Public Schools Schedule: AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm- 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday.
Requirements
- CDA certification
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
