About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Before/After School Group Leader for Vanguard Schools in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves leading a group of student explorers through various activities such as fitness, arts, and technology. The Group Leader will work collaboratively with peers to foster children's sense of wonder, encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity, and provide a caring, family-oriented environment that builds positive relationships among staff, children, and parents. Requirements
- A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
- Be 18+ years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
