As a Group Leader, you will serve as a front-line supervisor, leading the critical process cleaning team within a manufacturing plant. Your role involves managing the safety, quality, and delivery of task work, collaborating with the team to identify improvements for safer, easier, and faster work processes. You are expected to be an authentic and skilled communicator, driving results by engaging the team and providing timely solutions for both team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • At least (1) one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required

Nice To Haves

  • Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement
  • Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision

Responsibilities

  • Lead the critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant
