About The Position
Job Description Job Requirements Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work in a loud, industrial, non-climate-controlled environment Stand and walk for extended periods throughout shifts Lift up to 40 lbs periodically Perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and operating equipment Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd), including frequent weekends as needed High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word, and general typing skills) Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends Military experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (CIP, TIP) Background in automotive or manufacturing environments Experience supervising within a union environment Knowledge of Supply Chain or Quality operations Familiarity with Built-In Quality principles and DFSS/Red X methodologies Experience with timekeeping systems Additional Information: Multiple openings available Please indicate shift availability on your resume
