We are seeking a proactive and experienced Group Leader for Facilities and Maintenance to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of our manufacturing facility for our Crew E Shift. This role is responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support manufacturing goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and spare parts.
  • Oversee facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting continuous improvement and skill development.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
