About The Position

As a Group Lead, you'll support the production of precision medical components that help improve and save lives. This role drives day-to-day line execution, performance, and coordination of production activities in alignment with Supervisor direction, while actively contributing to production as needed. Time allocation between production work and coordination responsibilities will vary based on line complexity, staffing levels, and operational demands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience as a senior team member or lead with small parts assembly required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, and safety processes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Clean room, packaging, and production documentation experience preferred.
