About The Position

Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time school-age driver/group lead teacher to join their community with Excel Creative Early Learning. This role is ideal for individuals who see teaching young children as more than a job and are passionate about shaping the future. The position offers a 12-6 pm shift during the academic year and a 9-6 shift during the summer, promoting a healthy work-life balance. ELA is committed to supporting teachers in their professional growth, including the completion of the BSAC (Basic School Age Care) course upon hire.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Possess a current driver's license with a clear driving record
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Completion of the BSAC (Basic School Age Care) course or a willingness to complete it upon hire
