About The Position
The Group Home Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all things related to the supervision, health, safety and nurturing environment of the residents and their home. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, staff supervision, record keeping, writing reports, coordinating the health and safety of both home and residents, ordering medications, monitoring staff administration of medications, shopping for grocery, home and resident required items and ensuring that regulatory compliance needs are met.
Requirements
- A valid Florida driver license, clean driving record, minimum 3 years' driving experience
- Be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word and familiar with Microsoft Excel
