RHA Health Services is hiring a Group Home Manager. This role is for a positive and personable individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges. The Group Home Manager performs a variety of administrative, training, and personnel functions. They conduct unit investigations for compliance and allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and coordinate and monitor the unit’s quality assurance system. The manager assists the Administrator with the development of services and oversight of the unit and takes rotating on-call responsibility. This position relies on experience, knowledge, and judgment with limited direction and supervision.
