Requirements

Full valid Driver's license held for 12 months post permit (Intermediate and Learner’s Permits DO NOT qualify).
Reliable and registered vehicle with proof of insurance used to transport clients.
If younger than 21 YO, High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist people with their personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, toileting).
Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Help participants grow, learn, and live well.
Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
