About The Position
Since 1982, Center for Humanistic Change of NJ, Inc. (CHCNJ) has been a leading provider of support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. CHCNJ utilizes a highly personalized approach to meet each individual's need for independence, dignity, acceptance and growth, and is committed to creating positive and inclusive home environments where each individual will thrive. CHCNJ is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Green Twp NJ Group Home. This position pays $23.00 per hour. The right person for this position must be able to work as a highly responsible team member to provide encouraging support to the people we serve through the challenges of daily life. Under supervision of the Program Manager, the Assistant Manager is also expected to provide leadership and support to staff at the program.
Requirements
- 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Previous Experience in the Field
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting

- College degree will be preferred
