Group Fitness Instructor - New Gym Opening!
About The Position
EōS Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor for a new gym opening. EōS Fitness is a bold, upbeat, and motivating company with a core purpose to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and "wowing" members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, the ability to answer participant questions and concerns, solicit feedback, and maintain a consistent class schedule. The instructor will also promote the gym and Group Fitness classes, contribute to studio cleanliness, and assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.

- Valid CPR/AED Certification
Responsibilities
- Engage and "wow" members in every class
- Create a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout
- Ensure everyone feels successful in class
- Answer questions and concerns of participants
- Solicit feedback about the class
- Be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members
- Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes
- Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness
- Provide customer service
- Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety
- Participate in Continuing Education
- Ensure timeliness
- Achieve member satisfaction
- Manage class size
- Ensure safety and reporting of incidents/injuries
