Foresight Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead two weekly classes: a Strength and Balance Class on Tuesdays (starting at 10:00a, 10:30a, or 11:00a) and a Chair Pilates class on Fridays at 4:00p. The Instructor/Trainer will develop and deliver fitness programs to enhance clients' quality of life, creating engaging routines for diverse populations. This role involves assessing session effectiveness, making adjustments for better outcomes, and fostering a positive environment to help individuals achieve their health goals. Success is measured by the impact on clients' lives.
