Group Fitness Instructor
About The Position
At GYMGUYZ, we are looking for a coach who can create experiences, build relationships, and become a trusted part of our clients' fitness journey. Our team brings professional fitness coaching directly to clients in their homes, communities, workplaces, parks, schools, and events. Every session is an opportunity to inspire confidence, create lasting habits, and deliver an exceptional client experience. We are seeking individuals who show up early, take ownership, communicate proactively, and genuinely care about helping people succeed. This role is not for those looking to simply run through a workout and leave, as our clients expect a premium experience.
Requirements
- Group Fitness Certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Experience leading group fitness or small-group training sessions
- Strong coaching presence and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and connect with diverse groups of people
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- High standards of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability

Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging, and results-driven group fitness sessions
- Create positive, inclusive environments where participants feel motivated and supported
- Adapt workouts for different fitness levels, ages, and abilities
- Build rapport with participants and foster long-term client relationships
- Arrive prepared, organized, and ready to lead
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with excellence in every interaction
