The Group Financial Controller will own the close process, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition, delivering accurate, on-time consolidated financials across entities per GAAP. This role is responsible for driving controls and audit readiness, maintaining internal controls, managing lender/covenant reporting, and leading external audits and tax filings. The Group Financial Controller will also lead M&A integration, owning purchase accounting and post-close integration of COA, ERP, and reporting for acquired businesses. Additionally, the role involves scaling financial infrastructure by building ERP and reporting systems that flex across P&Ls and support ongoing acquisition growth, sharpening operational finance by partnering with FP&A on forecasting, cash/working capital visibility, and KPI dashboards by business unit, and building the team by recruiting and developing a high-performing accounting function. Finally, the Group Financial Controller will partner with the CFO to deliver board-ready reporting and analysis that informs executive decisions.
