About The Position

This position involves facilitating a 26-week program called Explore Enfield, designed for adult men convicted of a domestic violence offense. The program focuses on educating participants about the impact of violence in relationships and equipping them with skills to manage stress and emotions productively. The role requires attending assigned trainings, delivering the educational program in a group format, providing case formulation related to client treatment readiness, utilizing supervision for service improvement, attending assigned supervision, and maintaining documentation in compliance with agency and program standards. Participation in staff meetings, trainings, and other assigned meetings is also expected, along with performing additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with content area: eg. Substance abuse, domestic violence.
  • Experience with groups or education setting.
  • Training in content area of group.

Responsibilities

  • Attends trainings as assigned and required.
  • Deliver educational program in a group format.
  • Provide case formulation related to client’s treatment readiness or developmental level and problem identification.
  • Uses supervision/consultation to learn and provide more effective treatment services.
  • Must attend supervision as assigned for program.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
  • Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
  • Additional duties as required.
