Requirements

Must be licensed or certified (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, AMFT or CADAC) in the state in which they are applying.
Must maintain license and certification required by state law in good standing.
Knowledge of company’s policy and procedures, DSS, DHCS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods.
Facilitate scheduled groups.
Document the sessions in our EMR.
Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements.
Meet all requirements of the State of California or other regulatory entity for such licensing, certification or credentialing.
Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment.
Deliver appropriate topic to scheduled groups.
Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
Document all services provided in clients medical record.
Adhere to all regulations and maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance and according to the clinical guidelines.
