This is a part-time role that combines the responsibilities of a Group Facilitator and a Peer Advocate in an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment setting. The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading groups focused on substance abuse, mental health, and other related issues, helping clients gain insight and develop strategies for a healthier sober lifestyle. The Peer Advocate provides floor support and recovery-focused guidance, promoting safety, encouraging treatment engagement, managing behaviors, and serving as a role model. The schedule includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with specific hours to be determined.
