About The Position

Exos is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging, effective classes and promote a positive, inclusive environment. The instructor will support participants with a range of fitness levels and abilities, helping them exercise safely and work toward their goals. Compensation ranges from $20 to $125 per unit; minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay depends on factors such as site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs. Exos offers benefits to full-time employees, subject to eligibility requirements, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. A variety of part-time benefits may also be available, subject to eligibility requirements.

Requirements

At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nice To Haves

Current First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
For instructors teaching licensed or branded formats such as Zumba or Yoga, training and licensure to teach those specific formats.

Responsibilities
