About The Position

The Group Director of Product Management will own product strategy and execution for Agentic Advertising, shaping how brands participate in AI-powered commerce experiences across Walmart and the broader ecosystem. The role covers advertising within Walmart’s agentic surfaces, such as Sparky, as well as partner platforms, agent-to-agent interactions, and new advertising products and business models. The position calls for rethinking advertising from first principles as consumers delegate discovery, research, comparison, and purchasing decisions to intelligent agents. The leader will define a long-term product vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, investment strategy, and measurable business outcomes. They will develop advertising experiences for emerging AI surfaces, extend Walmart Connect into external AI platforms and agent ecosystems, and shape the product strategy and platform capabilities for agent-to-agent commerce and advertising. They will establish principles for relevance, transparency, customer control, measurement, and trust while ensuring advertising adds value to customer journeys. The role will build reusable platforms and capabilities with cross-functional teams, establish experimentation and measurement frameworks for products without established industry playbooks, and lead across organizational boundaries. It also includes building and leading a high-caliber product organization that can operate at the frontier of AI, advertising, and commerce.
