Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Director, Media Measurement to join their Integrated Intelligence Leadership Team. Integrated Intelligence is a comprehensive research and analytics practice within Real Chemistry, consisting of over 100 experts across disciplines. Originating from social listening, they've expanded their capabilities to include audience analytics, influencer analytics, competitive and market intelligence, primary research, and performance and impact measurement. At Real Chemistry, they leverage a robust data engine, along with proprietary and third-party tools, to quickly uncover actionable insights. Their clients span the full spectrum of healthcare, including emerging biotechs, major pharma companies, health systems, insurance providers, and nationally recognized pharmacies. Analytics leaders play a critical role in business development, deepening existing client relationships, and driving operational excellence to support practice growth and scalability. The Group Director, Measurement will lead large-scale, marketing- and advertising-focused accounts and define a strategy to expand their analytics footprint in this sector. In addition to delivering best-in-class analytics work, they’ll inspire and grow their team into high-performing, collaborative contributors—a core value of the Integrated Intelligence team. The ideal candidate is a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with a deep understanding of healthcare or other regulated industries, who knows how to drive business growth, partner cross-functionally, and evolve analytics offerings to meet client needs. They should be curious, driven, and people-oriented.
