About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead in Fort Worth, TX. This is a working-lead role where you will manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department, acting as the initial point of contact for associates while working alongside them. The role is responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates, monitoring their progress, and managing daily workloads. This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, with a pay of $21.00 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year WMS Experience
• MHE Experience
• Willingness to learn
• 1 Year Minimum of leading assigned areas

• 6-12 months forklift operation experience

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department.

• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
