About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead for Building Maintenance. This role is crucial in supporting and leading a group of individuals in a warehouse/clerical setting, providing daily direction and guidance, and training new associates. The position involves hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of the facility and its equipment.

Requirements

• Familiar with material handling equipment, basic maintenance skills for repairs, preventative maintenance, and other skills as needed.
• 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
• Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365 with an aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse maintenance experience
• Experience with forklifts
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security/alarm calls as needed.
