About The Position

The Market Assistant Chief Financial Officer works in collaboration with the Group Chief Financial Officer. This role involves taking responsibility for the continuous effective operation of the department, providing leadership that aligns with the hospitals' mission, vision, goals, and objectives, while prioritizing patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community as key customers. The individual in this position is continuously accountable for the assessment, improvement, coordination, and integration of financial functions across the hospitals and the group. Furthermore, they are responsible for the direction and coordination of departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Group Chief Financial Officer
• Assumes responsibility for the ongoing effective operation of the department by exerting a leadership role that supports the hospitals, mission, vision, goals and objectives while focusing on the patient, physicians, employees, volunteers and the community as customers
• Has ongoing accountability for the continuous assessment, improvement, coordination and integration into the hospitals’ and group’s financial functions
• Accountable for departments’ direction and coordination
