Part of this transformation is setting up global account management to better understand customer needs and increase Hitachi's market share. This transformation is led by Global Marketing and Sales (GM&S) group, whose vision is to become our customers’ preferred partner of choice for their most critical challenges by providing impactful, sustainable solutions, delivered by experts spanning the full breadth of Hitachi’s portfolio. As part of the transformation activities a global account management structure is in place to represent Hitachi’s voice to targeted customers, fully understanding their needs while increasing Hitachi’s share of wallet. The Group Account Support Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating sales strategies and operations to drive business growth. Key focus will be developing targeted initiatives and ensuring seamless execution that leads to measurable business growth. Key focus area will be ensuring cross Business Unit collaboration and shaping a compelling value proposition aligned with our One Hitachi account plan.
