About The Position
Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking to add a Groundskeeping Laborer to our team to support our Property Maintenance team. The Groundskeeping Laborer will be responsible for maintaining site landscaping within Burkentine communities.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years+
- 1+ year landscaping or related experience.
- Ability to safely operate machinery (as instructed by management).
- Available to work overtime if needed.
- Proficient with sending emails.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns.
- Weeding and mulching landscape beds
- Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
- Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees
- Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
- Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes
- Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
