About The Position

Burkentine is expanding and is seeking a Groundskeeping Laborer to join its Property Maintenance team. This role involves maintaining site landscaping within Burkentine communities and reports directly to the Groundskeeping Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years+
• 1+ year landscaping or related experience.
• Ability to safely operate machinery (as instructed by management).
• Available to work overtime if needed.
• Proficient with sending emails.
• Applicants considered for hire will be subject to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns.
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
• Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged trees
• Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health.
