Groundskeeper
About The Position
The primary function of this position will be to maintain grounds of the Kendal Crosslands Communities in optimal condition by performing a variety of tasks relative to the maintenance of the grounds and assisting in resident transportation and Kendal Crosslands resident moves. Located near West Chester, PA, Wilmington, DE, and Maryland, our community is nestled on 500 acres of rolling hills, green meadows, and beautiful gardens. Adjacent to famous Longwood Gardens, residents and staff enjoy the local cultural opportunities, vibrant towns, and working in an oasis in the heart of the Brandywine valley.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions
- Must be able to communicate and receive communications orally and in writing
- Capable of operating all yard maintenance equipment
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Must be insurable by Kendal Crosslands Communities insurance
Responsibilities
