Groundskeeper – Full-Time, Year-Round Location: The Villages at General Grant Apartments 7482 Hardscrapple Drive Affton, MO 63123 Pay: $16–$18/hour (DOE) + bonuses We’re hiring a reliable Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and looking great year-round. This is a full-time position with steady hours, no seasonal layoffs, and strong benefits.
Requirements
- Ability to operate blowers, trimmers, and basic equipment
- Willing to work outdoors year-round
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Keep breezeways and common areas clean with regular leaf blowing and debris removal
- Complete daily trash pickup and maintain clean, accessible dumpster enclosures
- Pick up dog waste and restock pet waste stations
- Assist with apartment trash-outs as needed
- Trim bushes and keep sidewalks and walkways clear
- Assist the office team with resident notice delivery when needed
- On-Call snow removal as needed
