Requirements
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions-Rain or Shine/Hot and Cold
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone.

Responsibilities
- Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
- Garbage/Trash disposal
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot.
